Product Designer
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead design initiatives across our platform. You will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to create intuitive experiences that simplify complex AI workflows.
Gross annual compensation range: $120,000–$150,000 (depending on experience, with guaranteed annual salary reviews)

About You
You are a systems thinker who can balance big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable advocating for users while navigating business constraints.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Understanding of user research methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for key product features
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ship exceptional experiences
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team culture
